| Q: |
What’s required in filling out the TAG form? |
| A: |
Students need only complete side one of the TAG form. UCSB Admissions does not require any transcripts until the
student has been accepted for admission and submitted a Statement of Intent to Register (SIR).

| Q: |
Is there any advantage to submitting a contract? |
| A: |
Students who choose not to submit a form will still be guaranteed admission providing they
meet our TAG requirements and apply for fall admission. Those students who do submit a TAG form will receive a written
confirmation along with a copy of our TAG criteria.
