8. When can I apply for admission to UCSB?

The filing period for the fall quarter is November 1 - 30. Freshman applicants may apply for the fall quarter only. UCSB does not admit lower-division transfer students. The College of Letters and Science does not accept applications from senior-level transfer students (students with more that 134 transferable quarter units). UCSB does not have an early admission application-filing period.
