Fridays, May 4, 11 and 18, 2012 – 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day

Gaucho Transfer Fridays (on campus), for admitted transfer students and their families, will be presented over three Fridays – May 4, 11 and 18, 2012 – at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day. The events are designed to aid transfer students in their transition to UCSB. Registration for the Gaucho Transfer Fridays is available on our Events Calendar.

Note: At this time, all Gaucho Transfer Friday events are full. Please check back on Thursday before each GTF event, to see if there have been any cancelations. Or, sign up for a Gaucho Online Transfer event through the Events Calendar. Also, interested students and families may register through the Events Calendar for a guided campus tour any Monday through Friday at 12 p.m. or 2 p.m.

Thursdays, May 3, 10 and 17, 2012 – 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day (Pacific Time)

Gaucho Online Thursdays (GOT), webinars for admitted transfer students, will be presented over three Thursdays – May 3, 10 and 17, 2012 – at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day (Pacific Time). GOT webinars are for admitted transfer students who are unable to attend one of the Gaucho Transfer Friday (GTF) events on campus. At the UCSB Visitor Center on campus, for five afternoons in August, a UCSB counselor will guide Fall 2013 freshman applicants through the UC application, and answer questions, from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. each day. Register here.

Each year, our Spring Insight open house is a welcoming day on campus to inform admitted and prospective students and their families about the opportunities for academic and personal growth at UC Santa Barbara.
